Treble for Visionaire

Treble for Visionaire

Lammerskraal’s resident stallion Visionaire had a Friday to remember when the son of Grand Slam was represented by a trio of winners.
First of the Visionaire winners to score was the Tara Laing trained Minds Eye, who defied a poor draw and 60kgs to land a novice plate by more than 3 lengths at Fairview on Friday.
The well bred filly, who was bred by Summerhill Stud, was winning for a second time, having been second over 1400m last time out.

The G1 King’s Bishop Stakes winner of 2008 is also responsible for Telekinesis who broke his maiden for owner Sabine PLattner and trainer Andre Nel over 1400m at Greyville on Friday.
Bred by Team Valor, and closely inbred to Gone West, the gelding has now won or placed in six of his ten outings.

The same evening saw Visionaire son Founding Father land his third win from his last four outings when scoring for trainer Dennis Bosch and jockey Anthony Delpech.

Visionaire is also sire of recent G2 The Merchants winner The Thinker, a leading contender for the G3 Lebelo Sprint on December 30th.
